Minimal Qualifications: 

The following are considered minimal qualifications for all consulting roles:

·         A minimum 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field or work 
experience equivalent,

·         Past consulting experience as the individual will often be acting in 
a consulting role and as a technical advisor,          

 

1)      Position Description:  

The position responsibilities include utilizing Genesys software to generate 
optimized schedules for multiple sites and programs, leading weekly staffing 
calls with senior management and vendors and making staffing change 
recommendations and assist with long-term capacity planning models.

 Responsible for performing the duties and activities related to the workforce 
management function, including monitoring real time call volume and forecast 
planning and schedule creation.  

 PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  a.. Responsible for daily analysis of call volumes, monitoring and adjusting 
staff resources to meet inbound demands and performance goals.  
  b.. Utilizes forecasting tools to assist with analyzing real time staffing 
requirements needed to meet service level objectives  
  c.. Works with contact center management and leadership to support the 
contact center as well as adhere to departmental standards and goals.  
  d.. Responsible for making real time forecasting and scheduling decisions to 
ensure that the Contact Center service level goals are met.  
  e.. Maintain and update employee status changes with in the workforce 
management system.  
  f.. Ensures optimal resource planning, scheduling and identifying new 
schedule methods, strategies and opportunities.  
  g.. Prepares updates and creates necessary reports to ensure contact center 
goals and objectives are accomplished.  
  h.. Serves as a subject matter expert and work force management liaison for 
the operations and leadership teams to ensure consistent business goals are 
achieved.  
  i.. Analyzes and closely monitors the implementation of newly created or 
changed call routing strategies, and the impacts to the business.  
Must have knowledge of Genesys Solution Suite and experience using Genesys WFM
