The consultant will also have extensive Storage Systems/Backup experience Location: Chattanooga, TN Duration: Minimum 4 Months Rate: $60/hour Required Skills: 1. AIX Administration 2. Tivoli Storage Manager 3. Storage Systems Backup AIX Administration: - AIX Version 5.3 or higher - IBM P series hardware P6 and above (configuring, upgrading, problem determination) - HMC - VIOS - PowerVM Multi-server environment - Multiple LPARs per server - HACMP, PowerHA - MPIO - NPIV Tivoli Storage Manager - Multiple TSM servers - Multiple Libraries - TDP Storage Systems: - Minimum 8 years of experience architecting, designing and supporting storage platforms, data protection and disaster recovery technologies in a high availability enterprise environment. - Working knowledge of major storage vendors' technology and products including EMC (VMAX/Symmetrix, EMC CLARiiON, Data Domain, Avamar) IBM (DS8000, XIV, Protect Tier, TSM) NetApp (VFilers and associated software, Hitachi systems and Sun/STK technology. - Must possess strong working knowledge of fibre channel SAN technologies including Brocade tools (Brocade Fabric Manager, Fabric Watch & Webtools) - Minimum 5 yrs experience managing fibre channel switches. - Backup technology experience using IBM TSM, Symantec NetBackup and/or EMC's Avamar Thanks & Regards, Nagesh, Zip Logic LLC.
