Job Classification: Project Manager Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree This person will act in a project manager role for assigned projects in support of the Wells Fargo/Wachovia integration for Contact Center Technology. Specifically the project manager will manage Technology based projects from initiation to delivery within the Contact Center Technology space. This includes IVR, CTI, Telephony, UI Desktop, MIS and VOIP implementations. An understanding of these technologies or experience in managing projects within this technology space is preferred. PM will maintain and balance project budget, project plan, meetings, interdependencies utilizing a structured project methodology and internal PM software used to bring projects in on time and within budget.
