Job Title: Tech Project Coordinator
Location: Charlotte NC

Needs to a hybrid between System Administrator, Environment Management and
Application Support. For both Windows and Linux Servers. I need someone who
has had experience supporting business application from a server point of view.
Will be a member of the IT Environment and Integration Team with
Responsibilities Including:
. Assist with completion of technology environment setup related to project
efforts
. Assist with management of technology infrastructure tasks related to project
efforts
. Work with Technology Services resource to complete infrastructure tasks as
necessary
. Work with external vendors and clients as necessary to complete setup of
various environment and infrastructure items
Participate in the development of IT infrastructure plans and strategies to
sustain existing and future system load. Support ongoing development efforts
enabling Wachovia Retirement Services to meet business objectives. Work with
WRS IT management and Wachovia Technology Services to support the ongoing
infrastructure related activities. Management of technology related upgrades to
the WRS technology infrastructure in accordance with Wachovia technology
standards and associated WRS change procedures. Deliver technology
infrastructure performance and associated support in line with established
SLAs.
Minimum qualifications/Must Have: BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field; 5+ years experience with Infrastructure Technologies such as
Windows Server Operating System, Linux Operating System, network, Citrix, file
transfer, Internet, desktop, and client server; Experience managing technology
infrastructure projects; Solid communication skills; self motivated; and
experience working in a matrix environment. Knowledge of 401K business;
Experience with network protocols and network design - especially WAN and
extranet; firewalls; Experience with voice technologies including VRU, ACD,
voice circuits; Experience with Citrix Metaframe; Experience with NDM and FTP
and associated secured file transmission methods.
