Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) most important Qualifications: a.. BA/BS in Business or IT related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 + years HFM Development experience, specifically in implementation b.. Experience in Oracle Hyperion Fusion Edition 11, version 11.1.1.3 preferable, including HFM, Essbase, Shared Services, Workspace, Web Analysis, Financial Reporting Excellent written, oral, listening and interpersonal skills c.. Logical and efficient with a keen attention to detail d.. Ability to work independently e.. High level of understanding of software design and relational database concepts f.. Work independently with minimal supervision g.. Highly self motivated Responsibilities: Develop alternate hierarchies in HFM to enable detailed analysis of data. Environment includes classic HFM app on EPM 11.1.1.3. .Troubleshoot any consolidation issues that come up in the development of alternate hierarchies while ensuring that all alternate hierarchies consolidate to the same total as the current production hierarchy. .Write and update HFM rules to ensure fast and accurate consolidation. .Develop new reports that utilize new alternate hierarchies. Reporting environment includes Hyperion Financial Reports, Essbase, and Web Analysis. .Work with the Hyperion Administrators and IT support group .Participate in all actives of the system development life cycle .Assist with any development activities, including application migration, data migration & validation, report migration .Test, troubleshoot, identify and resolve systems issues related to alternate hierarchies.
