CONTENT CREATION · Develops, implements, and manages *nextavenue*.org, including all format and functionality - in a way that maximizes value to the user and supports the mission of *Next Avenue*. · Adapts graphics, text, and other content from various sources (internal and external) for use on *nextavenue*.org and in web-based communications (e.g., e-newsletters). Creates new content modules in concert with *tpt* graphic designers, editors, and other *Next Avenue* personnel as needed. · Ensures that all web design conforms to *Next Avenue* brand and graphic standards. BRAND · Develops web strategies that integrate with other marketing tools to maximize brand and leverage resources. · Identifies opportunities to use web-based communications to communicate brand messages in new or more effective ways. · Designs and creates web-based elements that reinforce key message points in ways that are creative, compelling, innovative, and influential, and which fully support brand and positioning strategies. * COMMUNICATION* · Present highly professional image of *Next Avenue* to all stakeholders, through verbal and written interactions. · Works effectively with a broad range of internal clients, including programming, underwriting, philanthropic giving, membership, broadcast, engineering/operations and others in marketing and design. *FINANCIAL* · Works to achieve project and department cost goals.
