The project itself is the implementation of new vendor software used for physical records tracking. . This person should have come up through the ranks of programming on a Windows platform so that they have an understanding of the technology platform. . Will be interfacing between the infrastructure team who is setting up the environment and the vendor who is implementing the software. Mandatory skills: . The resource must have technical lead experience. There is little to no development in the project. . Resource will be working in a project where vendor software will be deployed into Comerica infrastructure. . Comerica infrastructure team will deploy the application, the candidate must be able to work with them through deploy and troubleshoot if necessary. . Resource must be comfortable in assuming a technical lead role in the project. . Resource will not lead people but, will act as tech lead, a go to person and will interact with the infrastructure team in getting the various environments built. . Must have knowledge in ironing out detail design details and document. . Must have knowledge in deploying/trouble shooting web applications. . Must have knowledge in IIS, 3 tier web applications. . Must have knowledge in dealing with vendor/COTS applications. . Strong communication and documentation skills, overall ownership needed. .
