At least one year of experience using Agile methodologies is strongly desired. If no Agile experience, a strong understanding of Agile methods is required. Knowledge in systems development life cycle and methodologies. Responsibilities: The successful candidates will be responsible for completing stories in an Agile project using 3 week sprints. Stories reflect medium level requirements and the person will need to complete development during the sprint. This person will need good communication skills, be self-starting and very competent in the tools (.Net, C#, SQL Server). Conducts requirements gathering, systems analysis, and design for medium complexity applications. Prepares detailed program specifications for medium complexity applications from which programs will be designed, coded, configured, visually developed, tested, and debugged. Follows program specifications to design, install, code, configure, visually develop, test, debug, and document application programs. Develops business knowledge and relationships to integrate activities with other IT and business personnel to ensure successful implementation of projects and production support efforts.
