Requires experience with Production Maintenance Support. Strong leadership
skills for technical professionals. Ability to lead team members to deliver
production fixes, recommend, design, and implement enhancements in a timely and
cost-effective manner. Solid leadership skills with ability to multitask and
manage projects in a cross-functional setting. Ability to blend creativity,
problem-solving, and technical skills for refining existing theories or
developing new system approaches to seize opportunities to sustain business
success. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills in setting and managing
client expectations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical matters in business terms.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a team that develops, implements, and maintains
software components or application systems which enable the business processes
and meet/exceed Service Level Agreement. Activities include providing on-call
support, daily work direction and guidance to a team of technical professionals
including employees and contractors in delivering software components to
maintain or enhance existing systems or deliver new software systems.
Prioritize work to ensure focus on high value tasks. Foster and maintain
relationships with clients, colleagues and teams from various IT groups.
Ensures the delivery of on schedule and on budget solutions.
