We seek someone who has the skills to insure that: a.. through testing, that the applications correctly reflect the necessary business rules, b.. the data integrity of the financials used in incentive calculations is strong. c.. the documentation required for code promotion through test environments is accurate and complete CAARP provides incentive compensation reporting and other functionality to several sales teams in Wholesale Banking. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the sales efforts of Treasury Management and Commercial Banking. The primary responsibilities of the position are to: a.. act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to track and manage the project plan and tasks, b.. develop and execute test scripts and plans which includes data analysis, c.. write up documentation for code promotion through test environments using PAC2000 d.. provide analysis and solutions for business and technical needs. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis and testing/quality assurance . Minimum Qualifications a.. Skill and experience in successful coordination and direction of QA and UAT activities including developing detailed test and implementation plans. b.. SQL and database querying skills in SQL Mgmt Studio, MS Access or Toad. c.. Experience in writing business requirements for application development and enhancements. d.. Significant experience with and understanding of financial data. e.. Logical, organized and detail-oriented. f.. Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful project teams and partnerships with business and technical groups. g.. College degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience. h.. Experience with SQL Management Studio 2005 and/or 2008 i.. Bank and/or Industry knowledge j..
