Needs to have PeopleSoft CRM 8.8 or higher with a minimum of 3 years experience PeopleTools 8.48 or higher with a minimum of 3 years experience Proven record of customizations to the PeopleSoft platform Experienced in web service development with XML schema design and XSLT (using jDeveloper) Make sure you find somebody who has done custom development. We are not looking for somebody on technical analyst side (configurations/implementation side) When screening candidates, please ask them to provide examples where they built custom solutions on the PeopleSoft platform and how those solutions integrated with case and BORM objects.
