Requirements: NET Oracle Hyperion development experience Experience with IBIEE Version 11 This specific position is responsible for the implementation, configuration and support of the Hyperion Interactive Reporting platform. The incumbent may also work with multiple reporting programs including, but not limited to, Oracle Hyperion Interactive Reporting, SQL Server Reporting Services or Business Objects for the execution of database queries, contact center reports, and dashboards. a.. Implement, configure and support Hyperion Interactive Reporting including implementing DR, installing patches, upgrading versions, planning and optimizing report job schedules. b.. Monitor scheduled runs and resolve issues with the generation of reports c.. Develop ad-hoc reports as required including the creation of Excel pivot tables and/or the use of multi-dimensional cubes for advanced analysis d.. Providing Tier1/Tier2 customer support for reporting issues including questions about reports, data and metrics e..
