Hi.

Please let me know do you have any consultant for this requirement

Location Market Street in San Francisco, CA Must be local to
San Francisco, CA Area

Duration 2 year contract

However the person really needs to already be in the Bay Area- as the manager
does require a face-face interview

The two non-negotiable skills are:

a.. Needs to read C# fluently? (To be able to test code )
b.. Performance Testing using MS Visual Studio.
 Sr. QA Engineer/Analyst:

The SR. QA Engineer/Analyst, System Transformation and Replacement Project
(STAR) plays a key strategic role in supporting all aspects of the STAR
Project's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The SR. QA Engineer/Analyst
will apply knowledge of the WCIRB business and processes to implement all
aspects of the STAR system. The SR. QA Engineer/Analyst participates in the
analysis and decision making regarding complex issues. Reports to the QA
Manager.

 Technical/Functional Skills:

a.. 8-10 years work experience in QA Application Development environment
b.. 5+ years experience in various testing tools for Unit testing,
integration testing, load testing, UI testing in Microsoft technology
environment (TFS, VSTS, MTM, etc.).
c.. Demonstrated experience in verification and validation process, review
and audit processes.
d.. Experience in providing oversight in an outsourcing environment
e.. Proven ability to participate in, and contribute simultaneously to,
multiple work streams and across a diverse and virtual team.
What we are looking for in a new QA Lead:

a.. Very strong with TFS, VSTS, QC, Microsoft testing tools experience. Not
having a lot of 2010 experience should not be a disqualifier. VSTS
(predecessor of VS2010) experience is very possible. A very useful skill would
be experience to MTM (Microsoft test manager - new with VS2010). Sharepoint
experience is a very nice to have but we will train.
b.. Core Technical Requirement: Should be able to read C# fluently.
Specifically: NUnit tests, Coded UI tests, Web performance testing in a .NET
environment. We are a .Net shop.
c.. Ability to identify code coverage gaps and create appropriate Unit tests
in C# is a definite plus.
d.. A few years of experience as a developer (a while ago) might be a good
way to prove that this person is comfortable with C# code in .NET.
e.. Strong experience running System, Regression, Acceptance, Functional and
Performance testing.
f.. Strong experience in full SDLC. We are using a modified Waterfall
approach - we are looking for people who are comfortable with Waterfall and
RUP.
g.. Must have worked on a true data migration project. We do not consider
the upgrade of an Oracle database to be true data migration although I have
lost count of how many people site this as a data migration. It isn't. It's
an upgrade. A data migration is, e.g. Legacy System to modern DB - Migration
of ERP systems from one to another to another (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) e.g.
PeopleSoft to SAS, Oracle business suites to SAP, etc.
Automation experience is important to have but we are not looking for an
automation expert.

Thanks & Regards,
