The candidate must be able to analyze business requirements, design solutions, write technical specifications, and write application code to enhance existing software applications. Duties will include developing original and/or complex code. Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures. Technical Qualifications: a.. 5+ years of experience in programming VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML, WinForms, WebForms, and Web Services b.. 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server c.. 2+ years of experience with SQL development; proven ability to read and write complex SQL queries d..
