Candidate will need to ensure the user awareness of SP2010 Upgrade, review and analysis the survey feedback from the site owners, manage stakeholder expectation, and communicate & coordinate the migration plan and schedule for over 1000 SharePoint sites. 1. Candidate MUST have Excellent Communication Skill and should be able to work independently 2. Business Analyst background with IT knowledge is preferred 3. Able to travel between Los Angeles and San Diego (Los Angeles: 80%, San Diego 20%) Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Strong conceptual understanding of software development lifecycle, data processing, and data structures. Familiar with business processes, but focuses on the analysis, definition, and logical design of hardware/software systems. Experience with requirements gathering and modeling processes (UML) and tools (e.g. Rational, eaSPARX). Responsibilities: Collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to elicit user and technical requirements through methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Analyzes requirements, resolve requirements conflicts, and create functional and technical requirement specifications. Assesses and communicates issues of technology impact on the business.
