Systems Analyst: · Work with project team responsible for implementing Work Management System. · Provides support in the development of test scripts, training materials and user guides. · Performs extensive testing, defect tracking, requirements definition and change requests. · Administer of training to a wide variety of job classifications at various San Diego locations. · Responsibilities include supporting project team deliverables for an SAP-PM implementation. Assist other project personnel to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies and practices. · Responsible for project successes, help desk support, data retrieval and analysis in support of decision-making for planning, management, and operation of asset management. · Conducts effective interviews with clients to determine their computer system requirements and expectations, and translates the requirements accurately to systems definition. Requirements: · This position requires knowledge of business practices, customer service, communication skills, information technologies, and project management and lifecycle methodologies normally acquired through college-level courses. · Requires experience in basic understanding of most aspects of SAP; experienced in database or data warehouse environments with experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) and data extracts. · Strong customer focus and management of client expectations; excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills; strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management; ability to motivate employees/teams to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems; excellent teamwork skills. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration is desirable or equivalent experience acceptable. · Proficiency in SPARXS, HP/QC, SharePoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, is required.
