Strong communication skills MUST BE A CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER The PM will be responsible for leading a team of developers (who are on-site) utilizing SCRUM/AGILE methodology (ability to see both sides of the coin). Someone that has an e-commerce background. Came out of environments that have large public facing websites. Java, JSP, working on front-end development type of work. Object oriented. Having Java development experience is a big plus (but not required). Big shop experience. Great communication skills. Autonomous. Go-Getter.
