Description Of Services: REQUIRED SKILLS: • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing WebSphere Portal with experience at version 7.0.0.2 or higher (8 is a plus) including Custom JSR 286 Portlet and Web Content Viewer Portlet development • Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing IBM Web Experience Factory WEF (previously: IBM WebSphere Portlet Factory 7.x) Including Experience with • Various WEF Models and Builders. • Dynamic Profiling. • Ajax and Partial Page Refresh or smart refresh. • Information retrieval leveraging service layer - service definitions and operations • Consumption of services using consumer, REST service and web service call builders • Advanced UI Builders • Creation of web services and unit testing • Security and performance support for web services • Inter Portlet communication. • Web Services, Ajax {DOJO, JQUERY} • Expertise in WebSphere Portal components, services and frameworks, WebSphere Portal configuration, WebSphere JNDI • Basic Portal Administrations - xmlaccess • Modular Portal Themes and Skins Development. development. • Understanding of Portal Customization and Personalization. • Credential Vault services • Performance tuning and Troubleshooting Experience with Portal applications. • Experience in Portal model SPI's. REQUIREMENTS The IBM Web Experience Factory Developer will be a core member of a B2B, B2C and B2E Portal team responsible for planning, designing and developing portal solutions to support distributors and dealers as well as vendors, customers and employees, using IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM WebSphere WCM, IBM WebSphere Commerce, IBM WebSphere Lombardi and IBM Web Experience Factory. Responsibilities include - conceptual design, - solution design, and - implementation. Candidate is expected to participate in gathering requirements, documenting, designing and developing solutions using the Web Experience Factory and the related application integration and enhancements within the application. This includes support for application integration testing, integration development and cutover activities.
