Position: Desktop Technical Support.
Location: Menands, NY.
Rate: $ 39/ hr C2C.


*Candidates should have at least 36 months experience, and at least one of
the following should apply:*


   - Experience in general user technical support.
   - Experience in providing user technical support in a call center or
   other remote setting, which included the use of “shadowing” (remote
   desktop) tools.
   - Experience creating end user documentation or train-the-trainer
   documentation.
   - Experience performing end user support for users in Correctional or
   other secure facility setting.
   - Experience using Citrix EdgeSight and Delivery Services Console to
   monitor server health or troubleshoot user experience issues.
   - Experience configuring Windows Devices and creating device images.
   - Experience using HP Device Manager to remotely manage thin clients.
   - Experience supporting Digital Persona biometric authentication
   installations.
   - Experience using or supporting PearsonVue’s Access 21st Century, GED
   21st Century, or ReadOn! Educational software suites.
   - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician Credential or
   Equivalent.


Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However
they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
