*Job Description - Technical/Techno Functional  HRMS Consultant*
v  Should have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Oracle Applications
R12 HRMS modules (Core HR, SSHR, CWB, OTL)
v  Mandatory skill set but not limited to - SQL, PL/SQL, XML Reports, AOL,
Shell scripts, WEB ADI's
v  Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS table structures, API's, Schemas, Oracle
open interfaces.
v  Preferred but not Mandatory skill set - OAF, Workflow
v  Must have the ability to articulate ideas, written and verbal, to
technical and non- technical internal and external professionals
