Rate: $ 36/ hr C2C. *Candidates should have at least 36 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience as a Business Analyst working on service oriented architecture system integration project(s). - Experience as a business analyst on data integration project(s). - Facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts. - Experience translating and documenting technical information for business/program consumption to ensure consistency and common understanding across the stakeholder groups. - Experience with process flow and architecture diagram development using tools such as MS Visio for use in requirements or technical documents. - Experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes by describing relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, descriptions of data elements, and overall program goals, objectives, and external considerations, such as federal and state mandates. - Direct experience working on writing deliverables, such as requirements, design, development, testing and deployment plans, for implementing a multi-year Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system. - Experience gathering and organizing preliminary analysis of information about costs/benefits, advantages/disadvantages, and technical feasibility of designing and implementing transaction based systems.
