Please go through the following job description, if interested send me your updated profile with rate and contact details ASAP. *Java/J2EE Technical Lead* *Location : SFO ,CA* *Duration : 6+months* The *Senior Java Lead *is responsible for the development of E-Commerce/Web applications with a focus on Java/J2EEE based web technologies and will work with the other members of the development team to understand the technical needs of the business in efforts to develop code to meet these requirements. * Responsibilities*: - Address the technical needs and requirements of an IT audience and the business requirements of the customer (marketing, financial, operational) - Ensures software developed is held to company quality standards through code and design reviews - Deliver software and implementing packages - Participates in the software design, software development, and package implementation - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs. - Ensures good relationships with multiple business partners, vendors, and other IT groups for successful implementation and support. * Desired Skills & Experience * - · 8+ years’ experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, installing and maintaining complex web and/or eCommerce applications. - · Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, distributed web applications using the Java programming language and related development frameworks. - Detailed knowledge of the HTTP protocol, REST architectural principals, user state and session management, web application and browser security, database interaction management, and caching and content delivery technologies. - Technical expertise in data analysis, data design, system design, enterprise application integration, software testing, documentation - Expertise in Spring 3.0 - Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring context, Spring web, Spring DAO and Spring JDBC Templates. - Working experience with agile software development methodologies - Experience with Java 5. - Expertise in conventional multi-threading concepts using threads and synchronization. - Expertise in web-services e.g. Spring WS, REST or SOAP based. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
