3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience coding Microsoft VB/ASP .NET n-tiered web applications (Web Services, Web Forms, .Net classes), using Visual Studio .NET IDE, and building and installing .NET web sites. - Experience with web GUI design using asp.net. - Development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with good knowledge of SQL programming. - Experience analyzing and writing formal documentation of business processes and workflows, working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems and mentoring developers in GUI design. - Development experience using with the following concepts and technologies: Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development. - Experience coding to meet web application security protocols. - Experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting. - Bachelor's Degree.
