*Job Title : **Oracle HRMS Technical consultant* Project Duration : 5 Weeks (High chances of extension) (One week onsite 4 weeks Remote) Location : Dupage County, IL Positions : 1 Rate : Market Start date : September 2, 2013 *Job Description:* ** *Type: On-site/remote* ** Initiative: Currently there are two divisions in one instance. The organization has mandated that one division be on its’ own separate instance. They are going to create a new instance and convert all of the data(current and historical) from the existing instance into the new environment for one of the divisions. No process analysis or new functionality. Solution design will remain the same. The customer wants to migrate as much historical data as possible. There are about 2000 employees. Oracle is heavily used for HR, OTL, SSHR and iExpense (GL and AP are used to support iExpense functionality) Current Application / Version: General Ledger (only used to support iExpense), Accounts Payable (only used to support iExpense), iExpense (used for about 2000 users), Human Resources, Self Service Human Resources, Oracle Time and Expense ** *Future Application / Version: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, iExpense, Human Resources, Self Service Human Resources, Oracle Time and Expense Oracle E-Business 12.1.3* ** *Current Modules: GL, AP, iExpense, HR, SSHR, OTL* ** *Required Modules: HR, OTL, SSHR 12.1.3 9* ** *Role: Technical lead to provide break/ fix role for RICE and if required create a technical specification and create/modify code for RICE as directed by end users.* ** Core Assignment: Assignment includes working with the project manager to support, document and if required modify code to ensure that all key conversions, customizations especially interfaces are working properly (break/fix). If required create technical specifications interfaces, develop code, support for testing / validation, UAT, Post production support. Specific Focal Points: Break/fix support for interfaces and conversions as directed by Client in the areas of ADP, Fidelity (401k,ESPP) and Amex interface to iExpense. Updating errors found in conversions ** Required Skill Sets • Technical knowledge for *break/fix troubleshooting / updating HR, SSHR, OTL especially with interfaces and conversions* • Ability to update/modify data as identified by the client • Ability to create technical specification, create/modify code, test • Specific work and technical work not specified. Expect typical conversions for modules above.
