Title: Application Support Analyst posted on 2013-09-20 12:29:25 Job Description: currently hiring an Application Support Consultant in New Orleans, Louisiana. The application support service team requires a high degree of collaboration and the support team is co-located with the Business team in downtown New Orleans on site 5 days a week. The Application Support Analysts will be responsible for on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery of assigned tasks and activities. This includes system modifications, bug fixing, system monitoring, risk management, change management, stakeholder management, etc. within the Integrate Support Management framework (ISM). *Responsibilities:* · Will provide day-to-day application support activities for deployed Well and Reservoir Management IT Toolkit. The Toolkit is a set of applications intended to support key activities of oil and gas production primarily in North America and other part of the world where the company operates. · Will be expected to provide system modifications, bug fixing, system monitoring, and other activities necessary to maintain deployed system availability as Service Level Agreement (SLA) between BAM and the businesses. · Have responsibility for the successful interface of key business customers and with the business community in general. · Responsible for successful working within the global and regional IT/IM community including excellent written and verbal communications, teamwork ethic, and community building skills.
