3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 **months experience, and at least one of the fol**lowing should apply:* - Experience working directly with HP Quality Center to analyze business requirement documents and use cases for testability and inconsistencies, interpret use cases in unified modeling language, document and implement test strategies, identify test cases, write and execute test scripts, identify and analyse application problems and communicate those problems to developers. - Experience with working directly with Quick Test Professional (QTP) for functional and regression testing, which includes experience with implementing test strategies, identifying test cases appropriate for automation, writing and executing test scripts for all the application code owned by the application team. - Experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies based on software specifications for a web-based application in a large, complex and diverse Human Services (Federal, State or local government) delivery system. - Experience with Rational ClearQuest to identify, document, track and communicate defects to technical staff. - Experience working on a system modernization project converting a mainframe-based application to a web-based interface. - Experience with HP LoadRunner to execute tests for load and performance testing. - Bachelor's Degree.
