·         IBM Banking Data Warehouse (BDW) Technical Lead –

·         Candidate must be familiar with core Data Concepts and Design
structure of IBM’s Banking Data Warehouse (BDW) Model. Required to support
multiple projects by implementing BDW model-driven solution.

·         Must be familiar to create Logical Model from Business Solution
Template (BST) and Application Solution Template (AST) of BDW.

·         Should be knowledgeable of all Financial Products including
Retail and Commercial Banking areas.

·         Will be responsible for creating Conceptual and Logical model by
scoping requirements in BDW model and therefore experience with all
financial product structure within BDW is must.

·         Will be participating in the growing and expanding the demands of
applications by working with multiple teams including other Modelers,
Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Application development
teams.

·         Master Data Management (MDM) Expertise

·         Demonstrate experience and efficiency in Logical Data Modeling
techniques

·         Demonstrate Relational and/or dimensional modeling techniques

·         Experience in data architecture techniques. (Expert on
Informational Systems data base design, as well as good knowledge of
operational database design)

·         At least 8 years’ experience in experience in data modeling using
modeling tools (IBM BDWM required) experience in with BI full lifecycle
engagements

·         The person will be in charge to design and develop Logical BDW
Data Model in Erwin and physicalize the model in platform like Teradata
and/or DB2. Will be responsible for creating various artifacts like Data
Flow Diagram, Source To Target Mapping, Data Dictionary etc. Experience to
use metadata tools is a plus. Exposure to the other modeling tools like
IBM’s IDA (Infosphere Data Architect) and knowledge on databases like
Teradata, Netezza are nice to have.
