Direct Client/Phone Hire Location: Albany, NY Duration: 24+ months Rate: Open Skills Needed: 60 months experience processing, loading, and mounting delimited text or "load file" data into traditional "eDiscovery"-associated advanced search and litigation review platforms designed for precise culling and data review for production of materials in litigation or investigations (such as: LexisNexis Concordance software Administration and Development (including fluency with Concordance Programming Language), loading and administrating Symantec Clearwell , LexisNexis Law PreDiscovery including native document processing and culling AND/OR any other advanced processing, culling, and search and review platforms (including but not limited to Kroll Ontrack, Autonomy, Xerox ViewPoint, kCura Relativity, Axceklerate, IPRO Eclipse , iConnect XERA)). 24 months experience in any of the following programming languages: PowerShell, any of the Visual Basic family of programming languages (VB, VBA, Vb Script), SQL (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL) or Perl. 12 months experience performing a substantive litigation support role for attorney end-users, including but not limited to the design and execution of substantive relevancy queries and substantive legal data analysis to provide technical assistance related to court proceedings or negotiations, court appearances not necessary to satisfy qualification. 12 months Demonstrable advanced knowledge and experience with any full text OCR software. (Including but not limited to Nuance OmniPage, ABBY FineReader, Daegis Edge, or IPRO Eclipse). 12 months demonstrable advanced knowledge and experience with more than one email platform, and email specifications. (Including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Novell Groupwise, Mbox platforms, or web mail platforms. (The expectation will be that the user understands RFC2822, email routing, email server administration, and has worked with an email client SDK)) 12 months demonstrable advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Access (The applicant must be able to create advanced nested queries for the purposes of data analysis) 12 months experience as a Windows system administrator of Windows Server, version 2003 and up, with a demonstrable understanding of active directory, and file and folder rights management.
