*Job Title: **Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer* *Duration: **12 Months* *Location: **Minneapolis MN* *Residency Status: US Citizen, Green Card,EAD,H1B.* We are looking for a talented developer to join our PeopleSoft upgrade team. We are updating our PeopleSoft version from 8.9 to 9.3 – our first upgrade in over 7 years. The client is widely acknowledged as the premiere PeopleSoft shop in the country, with 20+ years on the system and a large group of talented team members who understand it like no other. You will have the opportunity to not only support our upgrade, but learn critical information about PeopleSoft and its inner workings from the standpoint of one of the world’s largest financial institutions, supporting a team member population of 280,000+. As a senior developer on our upgrade, you will play an important role on our team. You’ll be part of a pool of talented developers, with the opportunity to gain technical experience across multiple PeopleSoft modules. You’ll be expected to contribute to design decisions and to create quality technical designs, code, and unit testing. You will then work closely with our talented team of analysts to support defect resolution, and provide technical support up through and including implementation of the base system on May 26, 2014. Following that, we will continue upgrade work as we prepare the new system to support Annual Benefits Enrollment and year-end processing – with a projected end of 12/31/2014. We are looking for the best and brightest developers for this important role, and we need significant PeopleSoft experience as an developer with one or more of the core PeopleSoft modules – Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, eRecruit. 3+ years of PeopleSoft required.
