4 -8 Years of experience as Clarity Consultant.
Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation
skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Extensive knowledge on all modules of Clarity.
Experience on capturing the Business Requirements.
Experience on designing and configuring all the modules of CLARITY.
Experience on developing request types, workflows, port lets and reports.
CLARITY User administration activities.
Experience in integration with tools like LDAP,HRMS, finance,SAP etc.
Experience in Change of Production Topology, performance tuning etc.
Experience in Upgrading the CLARITY tool and applying service packs.
Experience on PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, JSP, Unix and GEL Scripting.
Experience on integrating CLARITY with other tools.
Should have handled transition projects and fresh CLARITY implementation.
CLARITY Application and Database Setup.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, commitment, result oriented,
hardworking with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake
challenging tasks.
Involved in Consulting, development, peer review, unit testing, integration
testing.
Server and Database administration.
Experience on reporting tools.
Experience on ETL tools.
ITILv3 Foundations certification.
Gathering the Business Process Requirements.
Interaction with different stake holders for requirements gathering.
Handling all the Design activities.
Assisting the customer in UAT, Training session.
Production Support for handling user queries and change requests.
Development of PL/SQL procedures, BO functions, SQL scripts and other
database objects.
Experience in Unit, System and Integration testing.
Create documents like Design Documents, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and User
Guides.
Directing the Offshore team.
Ensuring seamless project execution.
Proactive suggestions to the customer on the Project requirements.
Managing the Requirements Meetings.
Stakeholders Management.
Able to plan/track tasks/activities.
Report progress/challenges to Project Manager.
BE / MCA Preferred, BSc / BCA.
