*Planning/Essbase Developer * Most Important qualifications: * 3-5 yrs Hyperion Essbase experience with cube development; version 11 preferred * 3-5 yrs Hyperion Planning experience - business rules/calc manager; version 11 preferred * Specific hands on experience with Essbase and Hyperion Planning modules. * Ability to design, build, enhance and support web based data entry forms within the Hyperion Planning application. Required: * Working knowledge Hyperion EPM infrastructure * ETL experience with Esscmd, MaxL, and EAS. * Good working knowledge of SQL, and batch loading procedures. * Ability to perform top down and bottom up planning * Ability to work with iterative planning cycles * Demonstrated knowledge of both native security and Shared Services security * Oracle Essbase API and EAS Java API experience highly desirable * Hyperion Shared Services Security API experience preferred Desired: * DRM API experience a plus * Working knowledge of networks * Working knowledge of Linux OS * Working knowledge of software version control concepts and change management processes * Working knowledge of ETL processes * Working knowledge of data modeling concepts both relational and dimensional * Working knowledge of UNIX shell scripting * Working knowledge of automated job scheduling * Experience with Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL * Strong experience in Microsoft Office productivity tools * Understanding of authentication and authorization security concepts * Understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Demonstrated expertise in change management and version control practices Educational requirement: * 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent *Bruce* *Virtuous Pros* *2730 W Agua Fria Fwy, Suite# 204.
