Skype Interview
*Requirements:*
· Design, code, and test new BI applications including Business
Objects Webi and Crystal reports, Universes, and Xcelsius dashboards.
· Work with business customer and DA team to ensure requirements are
documented correctly and delivered on time.
· Troubleshoot existing BI applications as needed.
· Work with database platform teams to optimize solutions and
improve performance.
· Bring new ideas and recommendations on BI products and best
practices.
· Participates in technical design, development and implementation
of application systems.
· Works with designer/analysts to implement enhancements or new
applications.
· Attends meetings to understand desired results, coding, unit
and/or system testing, and documents changes.
· Occasionally requires troubleshooting and correcting production
issues in emergency type situations.
*Responsibilities: *
* Designs and codes programs; creates test transactions and runs
tests to find errors and revise programs.
* Interfaces with system designers to design, code, test and
implement application programs. Assists in developing application
specifications.
*Preferred Qualifications**: *
* Bachelors Degree
* SQL, Teradata
* 5 Years experience in Application Development using Business
Objects (3.1 and 4.0 Universe Designer, WebI Developer, Crystal Reports
Developer, SQL, Unix
