PrincetonInformation is seeking a Lead Software Developer for the
following: Thecandidate filling *this BizTalk Lead Developer* role will
beresponsible for working with the Enterprise Solutions Design team
anddevelopment leads in the Administration, development and
full-scaleimplementation of a BizTalk implementation of an Enterprise
Service Bus (ESB)solution. Candidate will work with other applications
teams to identify andimplement services and interfaces to both internal and
external systems inaccordance with project requirements and timelines. Work
as part of an EnablingTechnology & Services team in the design of complex
business servicesfocusing on BizTalk technology. The candidate is expected
to be a leader anddemonstrate technical expertise, addressing problems
related to BizTalkadministration, development, configuration, performance,
systems integration,monitoring and BAM.



*Responsibilities The ideal candidate willbe responsible for:*
Demonstratedevelopment
team leadership as well as leadership among project teams. ProvideBizTalk
administration support to the various applications using BizTalk.Provide
deployment support for BizTalk applications

Design,customize, develop, and test BizTalk services in a multi-tier
software systemsenvironment. Prepare documentation conforming to the IT
SDLC for design,development, and testing by internal or external entities.
Apply industrystandard analysis, architecture, and development techniques
to assist inproviding optimum solutions. Create detailed integration test
plans. Interactwith other functional areas (e.g. R&D, QA, Data Mgmt, EAO,
etc) in thedesign and deployment of BizTalk as an enterprise Shared Service.



Incumbentis expected to interact with diverse groups IT organization, be
able to applyexpertise in BizTalk to address business needs at applications
as well as enterprisesolution level. Incumbent is expected to interact with
third party vendors,company clients, and company partners to ensure the
success of B2B integrationsof key client capabilities. Must demonstrate
commitment to software developmentbest practices, including documentation,
reusable code design, test drivendevelopment, and integrated software
testing.

Mustdemonstrate strong problem solving ability, logic and analytical skills.

*Mustbe skilled in BizTalk, and .Net development Experience with SSRS. SSIS
andSharePoint integration with ESB highly desirable Experience integrating
withmultiple types of interfaces (FTP, Real-time, web service, direct
update)desirable. Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience:
The idealcandidate must have at least 10 years of progressively diverse
analysis,development, and testing experience of which at least 7 years of
BizTalkDevelopment and 4 years as a Lead Developer.*



Theperson must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience relating to
theresponsibilities outlined above. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Thecandidate must have significant experience with technologies listed
below: *BizTalk Administration, BizTalk Development, BizTalk
servicesorchestration, BizTalk Configuration and tuning, B2B integrations,
BizUnittesting and BAM C# development Web technologies .Net Development
experience Webservice development experience Relational Databases SSIS,
SSRS and SSAS skillsdesirable The candidate must also have: Good
interpersonal skills in order tointeract with clients and other technical
staff.*



Strongwritten and oral communication skills are essential. Education
Bachelor'sdegree with extensive coursework in Computer Science or an
equivalentcombination of education and experience from which comparable
knowledge andabilities can be acquired is necessary.
