Please send resume in word format along with pay rate details. *Job Title: **QA Engineer * *Duration: 6 Months Contract * *Location: **SPOKANE,WA* *Client: **Travelers* JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Specialist will conduct quality reviews for the operational processing functions in the various Business Units, Business Centers and Field Operations. Provide positive and constructive feedback to support performance improvement and operational consistency. Conduct reviews to reinforce quality standards are being followed within the new business, renewal, endorsement, telephone transaction and various other processes.
