*Contract Duration: Long Term **Job Responsibilities:*
· As BA/PM, responsibilities would be managing the project in the
following business areas:
· Responsible for End to End delivery of the
software/technology/systems delivery aspects of the project from Onsite
· Responsible for Estimation, controlling budget overruns, status
reporting, Resource Management
· Highlighting and Mitigating Risks
· Assuring Quality deliverables
· Project status reporting to IT and business stakeholders
· Understand and review the Requirements/Capabilities produced by
Business
· Transform business requirements into functional requirements
· Prepare entity/relationships, system process maps and provides
solutions, assumptions and interdependencies between various processes
· Prepare Project Management Plan
· Responsible for the functional specifications and detailed level
design
· Provide inputs to Training documentation and planning sessions
· Provides inputs to UAT/CRP planning and preparation
· Review Functional/Regression test scenarios, test cases
· Review and validate technical implementation
· Cross functional Coordination (with functional consultants on
interfacing applications from end to end solution perspective)
· Create Proof of Concepts / Conference room Pilots for Key business
· Monitor the Project Schedule, Scope, Cost, Quality and Risk
· Support end users during Warranty phase
