Leveraging successful working experience in collaboration with global
co-workers, the Global Process Analyst plays an important role in
facilitating the preparation of IT to provide support for application and
services in a consistent, reliable and repeatable manner for EMC employees.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
Assess IT support requirements for applications and services being
introduced for use by EMC internal employees.
Act as a liaison between IT and EMC internal business groups and divisions
for support design and implementation.
Establish IT Readiness deliverables and track progress as required.
Design incident and request processes.
Ensure IT readiness for IT supported infrastructure components.
Ensure IT readiness for IT supported application and services.
Ensure IT event management teams are prepared to provide preemptive
support.
Ensure business readiness for IT supported applications and services.
Knowledge transfer, training and coordination as required.
Regularly attend and facilitate meetings as required.
Field inquiries from the IT Service Operations regarding support process,
call tracking, etc.
Experience Desired: 2+ Years
