* Sr. ETL Lead* Chicago, IL 8 months H1b, EAD, GC, US phone + F2F The ETL lead will be responsible for the hands-on oversight and management of the timely development of quality ETL solutions. This includes estimating and assigning work to ETL developers, designing and developing ETL jobs / packages, writing and implementing test cases, and resolution of defects in the code. In addition to being the technical subject matter expert for the ETL team, the ETL lead must also understand the business requirements of the solution, and have a deep understanding of the data. Specific details include: • Oversees development of ETL packages and Zena schedules • Oversees unit testing and creation of test data • Oversees assignment and resolution of defects • Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions • Effectively manages and prioritizes multiple tasks • Proactively seeks opportunities to mentor and coach ETL team members • Adheres and adds to ETL technical standards *MUST HAVE:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
