Oracle EBS technical developer with 5+ years of experience in the following tools / applications / modules: • Oracle EBS R12 – Core Financials: General Ledger in particular. Financial Accounting Hub, Payables, Payments and Fixed Assets is a plus • RICE / CEMLI development skills using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL is required • RICE / CEMLI development using Oracle XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Application Framework Personalizations, Oracle Forms/Forms Personalizations, Oracle Workflow is a plus • Experience with Oracle databases (10g, 11g) is required 2. Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 APIs, open interfaces, and Application Object Library in General Ledger is required (Financial Accounting Hub, Payables, Payments and Fixed Assets is a plus) 3. Ability to develop technical specifications based on functional specifications is required 4. Experience with back office financial systems in the Financial Services industry in general and Insurance sector in particular is a plus 5. Motivated team player with ability to grasp new concepts and apply them 6. Experience in the interpretation of user requirements 7. Support the execution of the Conference Room Pilots (CRP)/System Integration Tests (SIT) and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) 8. Necessary UNIX skills for registering Oracle EBS custom objects, code development and migration of code; complex UNIX shell scripting skills is a plus 9. Global technical standards: • Development, execute and document unit tests on technical objects • Participate in code review processes for technical objects • Incorporate required feedback from code review process into technical Key duties and responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the support of technical design and development of data integrations between multiple, disparate finance and accounting systems i.e., Insurance Policy Admin Systems and Oracle EBS R12, interim data warehouses and Oracle EBS R12, et al. 2. Ongoing development support under guidance from the Development Lead on ongoing enhancement requests to the Oracle EBS R12 Production environment 3. Assist with resolution of Production support issues on existing code developed using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL technology 4.
