Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Project Manager and Direct Supervisor · Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Must be able to work independently · Must be able to work in a diverse team environment. · Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task · Must be able to work around projects and deadlines with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary · Perform related work as assigned *Minimum Requirements:* *8+ yrs of Experience with WebSphere configuration and administration* *4 yrs of Experience working with enterprise software solutions in WebSphere, at least one (1) year of which must be WebSphere 8.5.* *2 Yrs of Experience migrating applications from earlier versions of WAS to WAS 8.5 (6.1 to 8.5 preferred)* *2 yrs of Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements* *Preferences:* 5 yrs of Experience with *WebSphere* upgrades. 3 yrs of Proficient with *MS* *Office* products (*Outlook*, *Office*, *Visio*, *etc*.)
