Requirement: *Systems Architect* *Location:* Columbus, OH *Duration:* 11 months+ *Job Description:* Security Architects for IT Asset Mgmt. Working with Business SME and architects to conduct architectural assessments for assets moving to IT. Conducting deep dive sessions with same resource regarding high risk assets. The Systems Architect is responsible for technical quality, integrity and evolution of the application portfolio supporting a business function(s) within a business solution area or the technology portfolio supporting a line of business or infrastructure domain. Serves as expert in IT systems architecture. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a resource for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors projects schedules and costs. Application Lifecycle Mgmt, Software development Highly Desired *8 Years* In-depth Knowledge IT Architecture, Infrastructure and IT Security/Security policies Highly Desired *5 Years* In-depth Knowledge Understanding of databases, app dev, application integration Highly Desired *5 Years* In-depth Knowledge Experience in client server, distributed, web and legacy system Required *8 Years* In-depth Knowledge Experience w/Sharepoint technologies and certs in Security or Architecture Desired *5 Years* In-depth Knowledge Experience in governance, compliance, and regulatory areas Highly Desired *5 Years* In-depth Knowledge *Behavioral Characteristics*: Undergraduate degree in areas related to Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Mathematics preferred.
