*MUST HAVES:*
· 3+ years experience with developing database driven web
applications
· 2+ years experience with developing database driven applications
in a Microsoft C# .NET environment.
· SQL Server
· Java
· Oracle
· 3+ years experience with object-oriented development techniques
· Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally
and in writing) with technical and user staff
· 3+ years demonstrated experience with coaching/mentoring other
developers with Microsoft technologies.
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· 3+ years demonstrated experience as a technical team lead for
database driven application development projects.
· SQL Server Reporting Services
· Development projects utilizing agile development techniques
· Experience working with users to gather and document business
requirements
· Experience working with SQL Server Integration Services to
support ETL processing
· Experience with screen/web layout and design
· Automated unit testing
· ASP.NET MVC
· Experience working for a government agency
