Our client is looking for the following consultants. let me know if you
have any consultants, or anyone you know, may be interested in pursing

Requirement 1:
The candidate must have experience doing multiple database migrations from
Lotus Notes to SharePoint BUT it is NOT necessary to have strong experience
in developing or administering Lotus Notes.....just experience migrating
lots of Lotus Notes databases to SharePoint, even if using the Quest or
Avepoint tools to do it.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· 5 ot more years experience performing data migrations
to SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 from various data sources like
Lotus Notes, Documentum or other non-Microsoft systems.
· Must have experience in SharePoint 2007, 2010, or
2013 with creating content types, lists and workflows.....with
particular strength in setting up new workflow.
· Must have a deep understanding of relational database
structures
· Experience migrating from Lotus Notes to SharePoint
· Some experience using 3rdparty migration tools like
Avepoint and/or Quest.
· Good Lotus script and/or vbscript skills
· Good Transact-SQL slills
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Experience with consuming web services provided by
SharePoint
· Good programming knowledge using C# and/orVB.NET
languages.
· Experience creating ETL packages using SSIS is a plus
but not mandatory
