He/she will be the Point of Contact for coordination with different stakeholders within the client and responsible for working with testing team. Responsibilities include: · Participate in release planning and scheduling of resources with Clients Testing Services Manager · Coordinate resolution of issues on environment, FD/TD · Participate in requirements review, release planning, estimation, design and FD & TD analysis sessions when planned outside of core offshore working hours · Identify new revenue opportunities in the account · Coordinate test scenarios and test cases review sessions with IT and Business teams and obtain signoff · Review test data requirements for the release with Business and IT teams and facilitate the access to test data from external systems and the production systems · Plan and coordinate enhancements for each major and minor release based on agreed scope · Participate in UAT Planning and Scheduling (include / exclude external sources, Business, IT) · Support defect triage meetings with Clients IT and Business teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives · Support lessons learned meeting with Clients IT and Business teams · Setup environment for UAT and resolve Issues on environment · Review test data requirements for a release with Business and IT teams · Environment Preparation, Test Data Setup and Validation · Participate in defect triage meetings with Clients IT and Business teams · Shakeout/Sanity Testing to validate environment setup and configuration · Execute test scripts and document outcomes including defects identified, supporting documentation and test reports · Execute regression tests and document outcomes including defects identified, supporting documentation and test reports · Work with Offshore Test Lead on continuation of test execution and reporting.
