The Consultant will conduct the business requirements and system analysis
for the MIGA CRM project
*MUST HAVE*
1. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
a. Proven experience working with MS Dynamics CRM product
2. Strong experience in Business Analysis
a. Ability to understand client’s business needs and translate into
IT specific requirements
b. Proven experience in gathering business requirements and developing
documents for business requirements and functional specifications
c. Document business requirements and facilitate requirement sign-off
with appropriate business stakeholders
d. Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts
(Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Flows, Process
Definitions, User interface Design)
e. Experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis
methodologies and major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
etc.)
f. Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting
notes, presentations and other documentation/communications
3. Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in
multiple-entity environments
4. Team player who works well with technical and non-technical
resources
5. Experience working in integrated teams comprising of employee and
consultant resources
6. Project management experience
7. Experience in Public sector/government
8. Strong writing skills
9. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant work
experience
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to
clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
11. Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project,
Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
12. Experience in performing Analysis and Design on large systems
integration project with multiple organizations
13. Strong business process knowledge and analytical skills
14. Proficient in developing use cases and test plans
15. Excellent relationship management, communication (written and verbal)
and leadership skills
16. Ability to develop and sustain close relationship with peers,
business clients and contractors.
*NICE TO HAVE:*
1. Experience working in the finance and/or banking industry
2. Prior experience in working with data migration, extraction or
conversion projects
3. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft CRM and SharePoint platforms
