This person would work with the team implementing our IBM Supply Chain Management systems. We are currently replacing our legacy order management application with the IBM SCM/MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) product and using the *ESB, Apache ServiceMix*, as our primary integration tool. This person would be expected to learn the architecture, functions and processes for both applications. *Their primary duties include: * · Work with the architects and other team members to develop and implement new business solutions. · Deploy code and manage configuration changes. · Trouble shoot issues. · Create appropriate documentation. · Work with the integration architect to implement a change management process to control the *ESB* environments and configurations. · Write scripts to aid with process control, monitoring, and alerting. This person would need to be comfortable working with several other functional areas to deliver business solutions to meet the needs of our company. These functional groups would include business and quality analysts, vendors, the architecture and integration teams, system and database administrators, systems support, and occasionally the users, themselves. A successful candidate should have medium to high level of proficiency with Java programming and *J2EE,* recent experience developing for *Apache ServiceMix* (Camel experience is preferred), be *familiar with EIP integration patterns* and have technical proficiency with *Unix, JBoss, relational databases, XML*. Agile experience would be helpful. Candidates with SOA, Ant, Maven, Eclipse, Spring will be given preference. Excellent technical and communication skills and a team oriented, self motivating personality are required. A successful candidate will need to have the desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges to meet the project goals.
