The Tester is a member of a team which plans, constructs, and executes
product tests, system tests, unit tests, load tests, volume tests, network
tests as well as works with others for release control processes.

computer based skills test that will take 70mins followed by a 20-30 min
F2F interview for those with the highest score. Candidates that are not

Complete the duties of a Senior System Test Lead Analyst for assigned
projects as outlined below:
SKILLS:
Three (3) years experience testing experience to include (test planning,
test development (test cases, test scripts and test scenarios), and test
execution) for large, complex multi-platform applications
• Minimum of three (3) years experience performing system testing
for complex JAVA applications
• Two (2) years experience using HP Mercury Test Tools v 9.2 or
higher (i.e. Quality Center, Performance Center, Quick Test Professional)
• Two (2) years experience using office automation and project
planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and
other tools.
• Two (2) years experience with database query tools and writing SQL
(i.e Toad, AQT or similar tools)
DUTIES
Serve as lead testers for OWD SNAP/TANF projects; assist unit manager in
defining, planning, designing and executing tests, preparing and managing
statistical and status reports for higher level managers
Research and review system design and technical documentation in order to
develop detailed system test estimate, design and planning documents
•Prepare formal written test estimates
•Develop and maintain manual and automated system test scenarios, scripts
and plans
•Execute manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests,
analyze outcomes and support resolution to successful completion of tests
•Document and communicate test status and results
•Manage and maintain system test data
•Deliver adhoc written and oral presentations related to system testing
