TS2 performs all roles of a TS1 and delivers support and design for
industry specific applications that require integration with statewide
systems or applications, interacts with executive level business users or
technical experts.
The Server, Web and Application Administrator will be required to work in a
fast-paced environment and requires the ability to transition quickly
between different platforms and applications throughout a working day. This
position is a new position, but the ideal candidate will be a “jack of all
trades,” working on a large variety of applications and platforms.
This resource will work as part of a team to provide support for web based
apps on a Windows IIS server. These could be applications developed
internally with .Net or third party purchased applications.
The resource will need to install components or applets to the server, but
will not be responsible for the routine server maintenance.
They will also need to work with the vendor for SAS to perform
administration and installation tasks: application installs,
configurations, troubleshooting, and working with end users.

Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports
indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against assigned project
due dates, and identification and suggested resolution for issues having a
potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project.

and customers and present a positive team environment
