Dept of Treasury seeks a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead for their
implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. HCM SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION-specific
experience is required, as is experience with the Base Benefits and
Employee & Manager Self Service HCM modules.
This FUNCTIONAL Lead role will focus around implementing PeopleSoft HCM
9.2. The primary module of focus for this implementation will be Base
Benefits. Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service will also be
implemented.
Skills
Functional Lead Experience IMPLEMENTING PeopleSoft HCM Systems (should be
full end-to-end system implementation - not just new module implementations)
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 - 9.2
PeopleSoft HCM experience with Base Benefits module
PeopleSoft HCM experience with Employee and Manager Self-Service modules
PeopleTools 8.52 - 8.54
Prototyping / testing / training / QC / documenting acceptance criteria
Tax Updates
Experience performing Fit Gap Analysis
Experience performing Requirements Gathering
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with public sector barganing units
PeopleSoft HCM experience with Payroll module
