*Wintel Systems Engineer*
*Mechanicsburg, PA*
*5.5 months*
*phone + F2F/Skype || face to face interivew availability preferred*
*MUST HAVE:*
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· Certifications in at least one of the following:
o Microsoft
o VMWare
o Citrix
· 8+ years of experience with *Windows Server 2003/2008 in a large
scale Data Center* environment with in depth knowledge of:
o Server administration & performance monitoring
o *Active Directory* (AD) and Group Policy Objects
o AD Domain Migration Experience Preferred
o Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS)
o Patch management
o Backup and recovery management
o Scripting (Examples: Kickstart, Visual Basic, PowerShell, etc.)
· 5+ years of experience with* VMWare *
· Recent experience with Windows clustering, Microsoft SQL and
Microsoft IIS
· Thorough understanding and experience with WSUS
· Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN connectivity
· Experience with enterprise class system security requirements and
server hardening practices
· Comprehensive experience with disaster recovery preparedness and
recovery exercises
· Ability to establish and maintain Windows architecture best
practices, including procedures, templates and relevant documentation
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Strong Citrix experience (strongly preferred)
