*MUST HAVE:*
· *6+ years experience as a QA Tester*
· Experience working in the *Property & Casualty Insurance*
industry
· *SQL* Skills
o ability to create complex queries to validate the completeness and
correctness of reports
· Experience with *ETL testing in large data warehouse projects*
· Experience testing in large data warehouse projects
· Experience with enterprise reporting tool *Cognos*
· Recent experience working with *HP ALM/Quality Center* for test
management
· Experience tracking and resolving issues encountered in testing
· Experience working as a part of an Agile Development team
· Software test experience in developing test strategies, test
cases and creating scripts
· Testing experience in a large scale relational database
environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical skills to translate project reporting
requirements to appropriate test cases to ensure adequate test coverage and
traceability
· Bachelor’s degree
